Policy
The delivery driver will call you on the day your goods are to be delivered. Please ensure you or an appointed person is around to receive your goods. If you miss your delivery, we cannot guarantee a re-delivery attempt and your goods may be returned to us. Following this, you can either pay another delivery charge for your items to be redelivered or request for a refund.
Please note that the amount to be refunded would be net of the original delivery charge and relevant bank charges.
